The Cask 'n Oaks

It has been decided that the Cask 'n Oaks will meet on the fifth Friday of the month (just those months that have one) now that the loft is ready. As weather permits we will return to our custom of having our wine on the deck.

The Cask 'n Oaks is an informal gathering of the people who have adopted the winery as their official spot on earth to enjoy their Wine and Oak moments. We salute these good folks and recognize them as the reason for our success.

Lara and Gladys - Artists Superb

Thanks to Lara and Gladys for their super work on the design of our labels. Their creative skills and ceasless work have resulted in images that project the spirit of Collin Oaks Winery onto a visual medium. Due to their efforts the Cask 'n Oak image will soon become an instantly recognized symbol of how wine can improve the lives of people through connecting to others.

We Remember . . .

Thanks to the many volunteers who gave their time and effort into making Collin Oaks Winery possible. Beginning in 1996, when the original barn was raised by 16 hardy visionaries, the dream has flourished and is now coming into fruition. Although many have scattered to the winds, these folk are all honorary members of the Cask 'n Oaks and will always have a special place at the winery. We will continue to show our appreciation on these pages as we receive information about their lives.
