We have started bottling the latest batch of Hibiscus. so it will be available from the tasting room. Hibiscus is the perfect wine to celebrate with. Serve it to special friends or at a wedding reception. It is sure to delight all who taste it.

Collin Oaks Winery specializes in tasty semi-sweet and sweet wines made from the best Texas grapes and fruits. Because we believe a balance among the elements is essential to their full bodied taste and feel, we do not filter our wines. Remove the cork and chill them to 50-60o F for an hour or more before serving. They will open up in a most delightful manner.

Order your favorite wines online (2 bottle minimum) and we'll ship them to you. Note that the shipping cost includes a FedEx fee of $3.50 for obtaining an adult signature at delivery time. Be sure to include a phone number with your order to facilitate delivery.

We will offer Ember Rose, Black Lo and Blue Lo in our exclusve "Meet Me in the Park" pack, consisting of a 187 ml bottle of wine, a wine glass and a napkin, pleasantly packed in a colorful wine tube.
